– A free site visit & consultation, to which we then liaise with our In-House contractors and negotiate a quotation with sketches/plans for you.

– Once you have agreed with the quoted figures and logistics, a method of works is written and agreed by all parties.

– The commencement date of works will be decided, along with a schedule of weekly meetings where your project partner will liaise with all trades on your behalf.

– Throughout the project you and your project partner will keep in close contact to ensure that works are completed to deadline, and within your given budget.

– Once the project is complete, a full site survey will be carried out to ensure that works have been completed to your full satisfaction.
