Delivery and installation nationwide
Our Service is designed around our Client’s needs, to ensure peace of mind especially when working in a fully operational business. Making sure we cause minimal disruption to our Clients working environment, we are able to offer an ”Out of Hours Service”. Before placing an order with Docklands, please check that the items purchased from us will fit through your passages, stairwells, lifts, landings and doorways. Please notify our Sales Office about access issues or any potential delays.
Deliveries are carried out Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm.
Weekend deliveries are available at a premium, upon request (Including bank holidays).

Collection
All items can be collected from our Showroom/Warehouse at Units 17-19 Peterley Business Centre, 472 Hackney Road, London, E2 9EQ
Monday – Friday 7:30am-6:00pm without notice
Saturday 10am-4pm without notice
Delivery Prices
Second-hand products: Within the M25, delivery will be £30.
New furniture: Within the M25, a 7.5% charge for delivery & Installation will be added on top of the order.
Mixed baskets (new and second-hand products): Delivery charges will be based on the new products.
Delivery will be completed within 5 to 7 days.
For deliveries outside the M25 area, please call for a bespoke quote. Also advise of any parking restrictions, including red routes or yellow lines. Failure to inform us may delay delivery or incur additional costs.
Cancellations of orders
Docklands Office Furniture reserves the right to charge an administration fee for any stock items not cancelled in writing 7 days prior to delivery. Orders for made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted.
